Our School Improvement Partners are focussed on helping schools improve outcomes for children, by supporting school leadership teams to make the
most effective use of the MIS systems they have in place.

A collaborative journey

We bring a wealth of experience of teaching and working in schools, and years of using and supporting MIS to maximise the information available to school leaders, while minimising the time spent on crunching data. Whether we are working with a single school, or a large Multi-Academy Trust, we understand the issues facing school leaders, and can bring examples of best practice, while listening to your needs and concerns such as workload, budget and staff well-being.

Planning the Route

Our involvement with a school might start with an initial meeting to discuss the school’s needs. We can also undertake audits of your MIS system, a ‘deep-dive’ into your MIS data, to audit use, user permissions and module use. Supporting you on your journey

A full report will be provided to the school with suggestions on how staff might use the MIS  more efficiently and effectively, improving communication and collaboration and, ultimately, outcomes for pupils.  We will highlight any training or consultancy which might help the school achieve this and the support and collaboration we can offer to deliver these outcomes.
