In this week’s newsletter we have a reminder about upcoming changes to your service provision, our Bromcom webinars, a look at our customer service, an opportunity to help shape our summer training schedule, and how we can help with Ofsted inspections.
Change – Only 3 weeks to go!
This is now urgent. Now is the time to check that everything is in-place to give you continuation of service provision.
If you are staying with Scomis check-in with your account manager if you are unsure of anything. If you are moving and your new provider has things in-hand then call your new provider in the first instance, we will of course assist with any information regarding your move.
If you are moving and we have not heard from your new provider your Scomis account manager will call you to check on your current situation, or you can contact us on 01392 385300 and press option 5.
Bromcom Webinars for Devon maintained schools
All recordings of our recent Scomis/Bromcom webinars have been uploaded to our FAQ site, along with ‘bite size’ videos and FAQs. This area will ‘grow’ and be regularly updated, and we can tailor it to customer feedback.

Scomis Customer Service Excellence
We are thrilled to share the results of our recent Customer Service Excellence (CSE) survey.

How can you help when we have Ofsted in our School?
I’m glad you asked! If you let us know you have Ofsted in we will ensure our team is aware and prioritise your cases to ensure they are dealt with as quickly as possible. We prioritise cases based on impact and urgency and we know that during an Ofsted inspection you require information as quickly as possible.
