Contracts
You might have seen a lot of talk about contract renewal in the education community online.
Technically the last day for giving 90 days notice to terminate a contract that ends on the 31st March is the 31st December prior.
In reality, to complete the process of termination, especially where a written notice needs to be delivered, extra time needs to be factored in.
For schools that means factoring in the Christmas break as well.
If you have decided to move away from a contract with any supplier, including Scomis, we strongly suggest that you send the required notice in the next two weeks.
